Most families start to see improvements in as little as 3 days. Typically, improvements happen during the first week but keep in mind that all situations are unique.
Your new routine will work if you put in the work. It is not enough to just purchase a routine, you have to be fully committed and ready to provide consistency in order for your child to be successful. If you follow the routine to a T, you take advantage of the support, and stick with it, it will work.
