My husband, Nate, and I live outside Peoria, IL where we raise cattle and two tiny cowboys. From the start of my momming journey, I established routines which allow my boys to get maximum, quality sleep.
With healthy habits that have our boys in bed by 6:00pm, Nate and I are able to spend uninterrupted time with one another in the evenings, practice self-care, and tidy our house at the end of each day.
